 Truly a family farm, Bob Carr began farming in 1979 while working nights at the Kroger Distribution Center in Columbus, Ohio. With a dream, passion, and a lot of hard work, and by the grace of God, B. Carr Farms continued to grow. He married his wife, Debbie, in 1989, and the two of them have devoted their lives to being stewards of the land and working toward excellence in all they do.

In 2015, their only son, Kevin, returned to the farm full time after earning his degree in Agricultural Business from Wilmington College. Kevin and his late wife, Joshlyn, welcomed two children, Liam and Olive, representing the next generation of the family farm. Joshlyn, previously a registered nurse, made the choice to work in the farm office while also staying home to raise Liam and Olive until her passing in 2023 after a battle with cancer.

In 2024, Kevin married Ingrid. Ingrid has been a blessing to our family by honoring Joshlyn’s memory while stepping into her own role. She homeschools Liam and Olive and has also become an instrumental part of the farm, working closely alongside Debbie in the office to help manage daily operations and support the continued growth of the business. Today, the farm continues under the leadership and direction of our family with a shared commitment to faith in Jesus, stewardship of the land, appreciation for our team members, impact in our community, and building a strong foundation for future generations.
